Cat Garcia is a photographer, art director and filmmaker. Cat’s work focuses on documenting and celebrating the simple, authentic beauty of people and places.
‘Our Time’ is Cat’s ongoing personal series, documenting creatives in places that are meaningful to them. The series combines portraits and details, telling stories of time spent in favourite places, and time spent together. Featuring some of the most pioneering minds in the fields of art, photography, design, fashion, film, music and more, all linked not by the arena in which they operate, but by the fact that ideas are their currency. Whether artist or musician, fashion designer or film director, their aim is to cross a few boundaries, shake things up a touch, make something new.
Cat is an ambassador for Leica and is based in London.
